It takes one week to prepare each abalone. The dried abalone is soaked in water for 3 to 5 days and needs to change the water twice a day to remove the odor. After the abalone is clean, add in scallions, ginger, and the chef’s secret ingredients to simmer until the abalone is soft and tender. The chef’s 50-year profound culinary skills have made this Asian delicacy taste luxurious and delicious.
